XADO-technology Industrial plant and equipment

The treatment according to XADO-technology of the production plant and equipment of the enterprise ensures: the guaranteed curtailment of the routine repair costs in 5-20 times, savings of fuel and energy resources up to 35%.

At the locomotive shed of Odessa Railway there was conducted an experiment to recondition and strengthen the working surface of the meshed gears of the traction drive of Locomotive VL80t-1433. The results showed, that the thickness of the pinion teeth had grown by 1.03 mm, while that of the gear wheel by 0.39 mm. The pinion wear was reduced from 97.0% to 44.9%.

At State-Owned Enterprise "Malyshev Works" a Ê-500-61-1 turbocompressor was treated. The compressor costs $400.000. The compressor shaft was worn out and scheduled for replacement. The shaft costs $80.000, the reduction drive $35.000, the pump $5.500. Upon treatment the main parameters of the compressor reached the certificate data sheet values. The treatment expenses amounted to $16.500.

In order to confirm the effectiveness and efficiency of this technology for nuclear power enterprises the following experiment was performed. Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant staff sent down 52 bearings, unfit for service. Upon treatment the bearing were completely restored. At present they are used by the Chief Power Engineer Dept.

At Krivoy-Rog "Yuzhnyi Integrated Mining and Dressing Works" Plc. were treated some reduction drives of the sintering plant, which resulted in obtaining a 0.9-1.6 mm thick cermet coating on the gear teeth, an absolute elimination of cavities on the tooth surface, a reduction of noise and vibration of the reduction drive in operation. The application of XADO-technology at "Kharkov Machine Tool Engineering Works" Joint-Stock Company "Svet Shakhtera" helped to restore a 4BM 10-100/8 compressor, bringing about an economic effect in the amount of $30.300. Details (economic effect)...

To be implemented at Kharkov Metro the technology had been subjected to certification by Kharkov Body for Certification of Railroad Facilities, after which the treatment has been applied to all rolling stock (300 cars) - compressors, universal joint couplings, reducers, bearings. As the Metro Management assert, each $1 investment returns $5-7 profit.

"XADO" Corporation proposes to exploit the opportunities of the demonstrative repairs. This approach is beneficial in that, that according to the contact between the Corporation and the customer enterprise, which chose to test the Corporation's products, payment is to be effected only in case of a posistive outcome of the treatment.

Such contract also provides for the procedure of joint development of methods for treatment of particular assemblies and mechanisms, as well as for instrumentation of the results obtained.
