What is special about your products ?

Our products display the following features:

• Compensation of any wear of a functional mechanism (in the engine up to 0.25 mm, in the transmission up to 1.6 mm);
• Reduction in the friction coefficient;
• Increase in the microhardness of the surfaces in a standard mode of the mechanism operation up to 400-450 kg/mm²
• Internal compressive stresses are positive - 200-250 kg/mm²

How can the efficiency of the XADO-technology application be assessed?

Technical conditions of the mechanism and the results of XADO-technology application are mostly registered by using the instruments, which are common in the field. As a rule, these are electric board instrumentation, a compression gauge, a mechanical pressure gauge. In most cases in order to evaluate the efficiency of the XADO-technology application it will suffice to measure the major parameters. In particular:

• For mechanisms, which are driven by electric motors, current values on the phases should be measured or power consumption should be read off the meter (an overall indicator)
• For a compressor its delivery prior and after XADO-treatment should be measured by the time it pumps up the receiver or the time it runs during the system boosting
• For an internal combustion engine the compression and oil pressure should be measured. Sometimes, vibration and noise are measured as well.

The main indicators, which characterize the efficiency of the XADO-technology application, are as follows:

• Compression: increases up to the indicated in the data sheet;
• Oil pressure of an idling warm internal combustion engine: an increase by 1.0-1.5 kg/cm²
• Fuel consumption while idling: economy by 15-20% and more;
• Electric power consumption: a reduction by 10-30% and more;
• Efficiency: an increase by 10-25% and more;
• Vibration: a reduction on bearings assemblies by 2-3 times;
• Heating: a reduction in heating of bearings even down to the ambient temperature.

In fact, the improvement of characteristics on old machines will be more noticable, than on new ones.

Can I use your products on a motor car, which is still covered with a warranty ?

Can it be detected at a service station, that I have used your preparation, and can I be denied the guaranteed servicing ?

All trials, conducted in the frameworks of XADO certification, have shown stable improvements in operation of all mechanisms. By appearance the coating does not differ from metal for all practical purposes. When performed, a surface analysis will confirm its unique characteristics.

How can a diesel tube be distinguished from a carbureter one ?

XADO compound for reconditioning of gasoline engines contains 1% of the active component + know-how, while that for diesel ones contains 2% of the active substance.
