I've got a new car. How can I benefit from this treatment?

  • The treatment of the engine alone will save you at least 10% of fuel in cities and between cities, while on highways you can save 5%. With a complex treatment (gearbox, rear axle reducer, equal angular velocity articulated joinrts, hub bearings) this value will double.
  • Requirements to the quality of the oil used can be slackened, for example, when you used to fill synthetic oil, upon application of XADO you can safely change for semi-synthetic or mineral oils, recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Reliably and surely protect your motor car against abnormal conditions, relating to loss of oil. Should it happen on the road, you can safely ride on, without fearing breakages.
  • You can enhance the motor car dynamics by reducing the friction coefficient and increasing compression by 12%. You will accelerate much faster.
  • You can ensure the exhaust gas purification coefficient regarding ÑÎ of 16-27%; regarding ÑÍ - of 75-89%, including motor cars with a catalyst.

Why need three stages be completed?

The benefits of having the engine parts reconditioned without disassembly are much higher, than price. Just due to fuel savings and possibility to use inferior oil grades thetreatment pays off in 2-3 months. The treatment costs are comparable to the price of a spare wheel, and the possibility to run the engine in abnormal conditions is well-warranted both economically and in moral terms. You can not fear the consequences in case of accidental loss of oil.

XADO-technology is the only technology in the world, that completely makes up wear in service, and the results of which can be instrumented - in this it has no match. The engine treatment procedure includes three stages 100-250 km spaced with addition of the required amount of XADO, which depends on the crankcase oil capacity and specified in the instructions. This guarantees reconditioning for any degree of wear of a functional engine. For new motor cars, which have run up to 20000 km two stages ans 2/3 of the total compound requirement will do. The required dosage you can determine on your own. For example, sometimes in order to augment and fully level off compression two treatments might be quite alright.

What happens after a year of service?

The necessity of a fresh treatment will depend on the wear and may not surface over the years to come. To draw an analogy: Say you purchase a TV set covered for 1 year and it really works for 1, 2, …20 years, …

The researches, conducted in the Wear Resistance Lab at State-owned Enterprise "Malyshev Works", have evidenced an exclusive resistance of the cermet coating against wear. The analysis of the results testifies to a dramatic (practically by 8 times) reduction of wear of the mating piston rings, while the "crankshaft-shell" set experiences not the wear, but an increase in weight of the samples, which indicates distribution of the reconditioning compound over the rubbing surface and termination of wear. In fact, the guaranteed stability of the improved characteristics covers 100-150 thou. km.

Can the layer overgrow in the course of the treatment as to seize the engine?

No, it can not. Beside other important features the compound is also able to self-control. This occurs, because the process simultaneously proceeds on both contacting surfaces under action of the same load. Inbetween the rubbing surfaces under superhigh pressure and temperature a reconditioning layer starts to grow As the cermet coating forms, thickness of which is proportional to the wear, the friction levels down dramatically, and correspondently, diminishes the energy for activation. Gradually, this process steadies, and then comes a moment, when the friction energy is so insignificant, that the process halts.

Are the engines treated with XADO compound borable and grindable?

Sure, they are. Even diamonds can be ground. However, an exclusive ability of our technology to restore the geometry of parts up to 0.2 mm allows to dispense with these labor intensive repairs. For example: repairs of the cylinder-and-piston assembly, worn to 100%, can be reduced to replacement of destroyed or rendered absolutely inellastic piston rings. In fact, this is especially vital for engines of "foreign brands", where boring and grinding present great misgivings due to high costs or lack of skilled workforce, as well as necessary equipment and materials. At present special compounds are being developed for "pinging" engines, i.e. when the wear exceeds 100%.

What maximum fuel savings can be achieved after treatment?

A complex treatment of along the lines of XADO-technology a motor car with a medium degree of wear, including treatment of the gearbox, rear axle reducer, equal angular velocity articulated joints, hub bearings, allows to reduce fuel consumption when idling up to 30%, while travelling up to 15%, and for mechanisms, having considerable wear, even more.

Is it true, that after XADO treatment, when any individual parts of an assembly fail, the whole assembly must be replaced instead of the effected part?

After the treatment chances of a failure are negligible. If need be, such parts can be replaced. After that we recommend to give treatment

Can the coating be damaged in service (incipient fracture, destruction) ?

The coating many times surpasses steel in strength, therefore nothing can happen to it. Some wear is always inevitable, but now we can control it.

How many times can mechanisms be treated with XADO compound?

Unlimited number of times, if need be. treatment can be repeated any time, when you feel, that your motor car can outdo itself. A aprtially worn cermet coating, resulting from the initial treatment of the mechanism, can be completely restored by a slight refreshing treatment. A hundred-times overdose of the compound will not produce negative or side effects.

Need the compound be added with every change of oil?

No, it need not. Oil only delivers XADO compound to the rubbing surfaces, where a cermet layer is formed from active components, included in XADO. This process continues up to 2500 - 3000 km run. During this period it is not wise to drain old oil. The treatment being completed, all XADO particles get spent for the formation of the cermet coating which will free the oil of them.

Is it necessary prior to the treatment with XADO to clean the engine to remove carbon deposits using decarbonization fluid?

Advisable, but not essential.

Need the old motor oil be changed for new one prior to the treatment according to XADO-technology?

It's not a must. Just in the case, when very low grade oil has been used îfor a long time, which led to its intensive densification to the consistency of "ointment", we recommend to clean the engine, change oil and having run 500-700 km to treat your motor car according to XADO-technology.

Does the stability of the engine variables depend after the treatment with XADO compound on the total mileage?

The treatment is seen as completed after 2000-3000 km of run. Up till that time the parameters can vary. The post-treatment improved parameters remain stable within 1 year.

Need the oil be changed for fresh one upon completion of all treatment stages?

Íåò. Change oil with regard to its service life.

What makes the compression increase and equilize?

Mostly due to restoration of the geometry of cylinders. This ensures an increase in compression by 10-20% after 500-1000 km already. In some cases our technology helped to raise the comp[ression from 4-6 to 10-12 atm. However, it should be noted, that such low values can be caused not so much by natural wear, as by mechanical injures.

If your ads be trusted, does it means, that now you can drive a car without oil at all?

In our advertisement materials we try to demonstrate a fundamental difference of XADO-technology from any other products, alleged to produce similar effects. Running without oil proves, that we bring influence to bear not on the oil, trying to improve its characteristics, but conspicuously witnesses the unique features of the rubbing surfaces, treated according to XADO-technology.

The bench tests, conducted by the firm "Kerberos Solutions" (USA) on the lines of KSQ-005, have shown, that the engine, which had been treated in compliance with XADO-technology, has run without a single drop of oil in fifteen times (!) longerå, that the baseline one.

Every automotive engine is designed to accommodate a lubdrication system, which also functions as an efficient heat drain. Therefore driving without oil create critical conditions for the engine, but our technology safeguards it against breakage. By the way, our show-off car VAZ 21 099 has already made about 5.000 km without oil (data as of June, 2000).

How to treat a byke ?

Following the procedure for engines without an oil system

  1. Warm up the engine to a working temperature.
  2. Remove the plug from the cylinder. With a two-cylinder engine, remove plugs from both cylinders.
  3. Squeeze out the contents of one tube into the cylinder. If there two cylinders, squeeze one tube into each cylinder.

    Attention. Such squeezing should be done so that the contents land on the cylinder wall instead of the piston.

  4. Make the piston to travel 15-20 strokes (by towing or turning a suspended drive wheel,etc.)
  5. Install the plud.
  6. Dissolve the contents of another tube in 5-10 ml of motor oil and pour into the fuel tank.
  7. Start the engine and allow it to idle for 20-30 min.
  8. Drive 15-20 km at a maximum load.
  9. After 250 km run the treatment is considered complete.
